What Is an FNSKU Label?

An FNSKU (Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit) is a unique barcode assigned by Amazon to each seller's product in the FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) program. Unlike a UPC or EAN barcode — which identifies a product globally — an FNSKU ties a specific item to your seller account. Amazon uses it to track inventory, route returns, and ensure your items are not commingled with other sellers' stock.

Amazon requires an FNSKU label on every unit you send to their fulfillment centers. The label contains a CODE128 barcode, the FNSKU code in text, the product title, and the item condition.
