The Story Behind Our Mission
At Shipux, we’ve spent years building one of the most automated fulfillment systems in the industry. From robotics to AI-driven workflows, our goal has always been to process orders faster, safer, and more efficiently. But the more we automated, the more we felt something was missing — something human.
We realized that while we were eliminating inefficiencies, millions of people were being left out of the workforce, especially those who want to work but are rarely given the chance. That includes a group close to our hearts: individuals on the autism spectrum.
As a family-founded business built by regular, hardworking people, this hit home. We began to ask:

Our Two-Stage Plan

Starting now, Shipux donates 3% from every customer order to the Autism Society — a trusted organization that supports individuals with autism through programs, advocacy, and education. Every shipment helps fund services that change lives.
2. Build Tomorrow: An Inclusive Fulfillment Center
Our long-term goal is to build the first fulfillment center specifically designed to welcome, train, and employ people with special needs, especially those with autism.
This is not easy — it will take:
- Careful facility design
- Job coaching partnerships
- Sensory-friendly workspaces
- Compliance with disability employment standards
- And above all, a lot of heart
