Getting Started

Getting started with Shipux is simple. Sign up for a free account at shipux.com/signup, connect your Shopify store, and ship your first inventory to our warehouse near Chicago, IL. Most brands are fully live within 3–5 business days of signing up. No setup fees, no long-term contracts — just fulfillment that works.

Shipux specializes in wellness and health products sold on Shopify, including dietary supplements, vitamins, skincare, fitness gear, and subscription wellness boxes. We have purpose-built systems for expiry date tracking (FEFO), lot tracking, and branded unboxing — things generic 3PLs typically get wrong.

No. Shipux has no monthly minimums. Whether you're shipping 50 orders per month or 5,000, we can work with your volume. Our pricing scales with you — you only pay for what you use, including storage, pick & pack, and shipping.

Shipux integrates directly with your Shopify store. Once connected, orders sync automatically in real time — no manual CSV uploads, no spreadsheets. When a customer places an order, it flows straight into our warehouse management system and ships same-day (for orders received before cutoff). Tracking numbers are pushed back to Shopify automatically.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Yes. Orders placed before our daily cutoff time are picked, packed, and shipped the same business day. Our warehouse is strategically located near Chicago, IL, which means 1–2 day ground shipping reaches over 65% of the US population — giving your customers fast delivery without the cost of express shipping.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other major carriers. Our volume discounts mean you get access to better carrier rates than most brands could negotiate on their own. We select the optimal carrier and service level for each shipment based on weight, destination, and your preferences.

Absolutely. Subscription box fulfillment is one of our core specialties. We handle batch kitting, custom inserts, branded tissue paper and boxes, and scheduled monthly shipment runs. Whether you have 100 or 10,000 subscribers, we manage the entire process so your boxes ship on time, every cycle.

We use FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management — the gold standard for perishable and regulated wellness products. Every product is tagged with its lot number and expiry date at receiving. Our system automatically prioritizes shipping the oldest stock first, preventing expired product from ever reaching your customers.

Pricing & Contracts

Fulfillment starts from $2.95/order — well below the $3.50–$8.00 market average. We charge for pick & pack, storage, and shipping separately so you only pay for what you actually use. No long-term contracts. No setup fees. We work on a month-to-month basis because we believe our service should earn your business every month. You can scale up, scale down, or leave at any time. We also include 14 days of free storage for new inventory so there's no cost barrier to getting started.

Inventory & Returns

Yes. Your Shipux client portal shows real-time inventory levels, order statuses, and shipment tracking — 24/7. Inventory syncs automatically with Shopify so your online store always reflects accurate stock levels. No more overselling or manual stock updates.

Yes. We manage the full returns process — receiving returned items, inspecting condition, restocking sellable units, and disposing of or quarantining unsellable inventory. We can also handle return label generation and customer communication if needed. Learn more on our returns page.

We inspect all inbound inventory at receiving. If items arrive damaged, we photograph and quarantine them and notify you immediately with a detailed report. Damaged goods are never added to your sellable inventory. We also document carrier damage for insurance and dispute purposes.

Custom Packaging & Kitting

Yes — custom branded packaging is part of what we do best. Ship your branded boxes, mailers, tissue paper, stickers, or inserts to our warehouse and we'll use them for every order. Unboxing experience matters for wellness brands, and we treat your packaging with the same care as the products themselves.

Yes. We offer kitting, bundling, and light assembly for subscription boxes, promotional bundles, and gift sets. We can combine multiple SKUs into a single shippable unit, add custom inserts, and apply labels or stickers as needed. Kitting pricing is available on request.
